CHRISTINE C. ALTMAN was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 1981. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the Indiana University Kelly School of Business in 1977 with a major in accounting. Upon graduation from law school she joined Campbell Kyle Proffitt LLP where she became a partner and remained until 1995. From 1995 until 2016 she practiced law as a solo practitioner until becoming a founding member of ALTMAN, POINDEXTER & WYATT LLC. In 2003 Christine won election for her first term as a Hamilton County Commissioner, a position that she still holds. As a Commissioner, Ms. Altman is actively involved in many state and local boards representing the citizens and taxpayers of the county. Christine's practice includes the areas of governmental services, utilities, real estate, business services and estate planning. She and her family live in Carmel.
